Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to support the design, implementation, and integration of a firm-wide Master Client Database System and the ability to train and evangelize AI tools across internal teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Snowflake & AI tools. This role is cross-functional and will work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Snowflake Integration & Management
• Design and maintain the Central Master Database in Snowflake that ingests client data from multiple vendor sources
• Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and validation across platforms
• Build out reporting capabilities for firm-wide use cases (Ops, Compliance, Management)
• Create clear, documentation that explains data sources, refresh timing, system structure ensuring other members in the team can operate and maintain the platform
• AI Enablement & Training
• Lead firmwide AI education initiatives across departments
• Conduct training sessions on how to use AI tools for research, productivity, and client solutions
• Act as the internal AI advocate, helping team members integrate AI into their daily workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align technical implementation with business needs
• Translate complex data architecture into actionable reporting and operational insights

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Snowflake: architecture, data modeling, and pipeline integration
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their business applications (e.g., ChatGPT, automation, natural language processing)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial services data systems or prior experience in fintech is a plus

Salary dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
