CNC Programmer / Production Engineer — Mozaik or Cabinet Vision

Conquering Clutter Closets & Cabinetry is a custom cabinet manufacturer specializing in premium residential cabinetry, including closets, garage cabinets, entertainment centers, and custom home organization systems.

We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Production Engineer with expertise in Mozaik or Cabinet Vision to take ownership of engineering jobs accurately, efficiently, and with production in mind. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring jobs are programmed correctly the first time, minimizing errors, and keeping production running smoothly from design through installation.

What You'll Do

• Engineer projects in Mozaik or Cabinet Vision from approved designs
• Review and verify all dimensions before releasing jobs to production
• Generate accurate cut lists and CNC-ready files
• Ensure part labeling is clear, consistent, and install-friendly
• Optimize nesting for maximum material efficiency
• Program and manage CNC output
• Troubleshoot programming and production issues as they arise
• Coordinate with the shop team to keep jobs flowing smoothly
• Improve systems for labeling, file organization, and overall production efficiency
• Partner with the Production Manager and installers to prevent errors and rework

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Mozaik or Cabinet Vision
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods
• Proven experience programming CNC machinery in a production environment
• Background in a custom cabinet shop
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to identify and solve production problems quickly
• Organized, reliable, and proactive work ethic

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
