Overview
The International Medical Graduate Clinical Coordinator position is designed for qualified medical professionals who have completed their medical education outside of the United States and are seeking to gain experience in a clinical setting. We provide training, experience, letters of reference for residency programs, and we are willing to sponsor applicants for visas or green cards.
This position is in a progressive, pro-choice, women's clinic providing ob/gyn care to women seeking to exercise their legal right to freedom of choice. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare providers, enhancing clinical skills while contributing to obstetrical and gynecologic patient care. IMGs will engage in a range of responsibilities that support patient health and the overall functioning of the medical facility.
Duties

- Assist in the evaluation and management of patients.
- Counseling women regarding their reproductive options.
- Performing lab testing.
- Assisting clinicians in the provision of medical care.
- Willingness to learn to provide ultrasound testing.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in the performance ob/gyn procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using appropriate medical terminology.
- Support administrative functions within the medical practice, ensuring efficient operations and patient flow.
Skills
- Strong inter-personal skills is a requirement.
- Proficient in Patient Care practices, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with Medical Administrative Support tasks to assist with office operations.
- Experience or interest in Obstetrics and Gynecology is highly desirable, but not required.
- Understanding of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a focus on quality patient outcomes.
- Fluency in English required.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
