We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of beauty, skincare, and personal care products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network/System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will troubleshoot system problems, oversee security administration, maintain databases, manage interfaces between systems, perform upgrades, and support over 400+ users.

You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, supporting a headcount of 500–1,000 employees. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a success-driven IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Networking: Administer and maintain systems including Cisco VoIP, Cisco Firewall, VMware, Active Directory, Office365, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Palo Alto Firewall, and more.
  • Monitoring & Security: Monitor system logs, server activity, and implement secure operations using encryption tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues; serve as the escalation point for IT support. Document resolutions and update standards to prevent future occurrences.
  • Data Management: Perform backups, optimize files, and develop disaster recovery procedures.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed system/network/user documentation adhering to company security and PCI standards.
  • Training & Leadership: Train and support IT staff, including Network Administrators, System Administrators, and Help Desk personnel.
  • Procurement: Assess, evaluate, and process orders for IT supplies, software, and equipment.
  • Hardware & Software Maintenance: Assemble, install, upgrade, configure, and repair IT hardware/software in Microsoft, VMware, and Epicor Kinetics environments.
  • Help Desk Assistance: Provide first-level support to end users.
  • User Support & Policy Development: Develop training programs and author IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Networking Expertise: Knowledge of Cisco hardware (CCNA), Cisco VoIP, and Palo Alto Firewall.
  • ERP Systems: Experience with ERP technology, preferably Epicor, and SQL expertise.
  • Advanced IT Skills: Strong command of Active Directory, VMware, Office365, Azure, SharePoint, and Backup/Recovery strategies.
  • Networking Knowledge: Proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, WINS, SNMP, and VPN configurations.
  • Scripting: Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Network/System Administration.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
