Job Title: Node.js Developer – Cloud Integrations

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Node.js Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in building integrations between cloud-based platforms, particularly CRMs and helpdesk/contact management systems. You’ll work on projects that connect various systems to create seamless business processes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain Node.js applications and services.

· Design and build integrations with third-party platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, Monday.com, etc.).

· Work with APIs for helpdesks, contact management, and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.).

· Collaborate with team members to define integration requirements and deliver solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional experience developing with Node.js.

· Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience working with third-party APIs.

· Proven experience building integrations into cloud-based platforms (CRM, ERP, helpdesk, or similar).

· Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, Monday.com, Google, and Outlook.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

· Experience integrating multiple disparate systems into unified workflows.

· Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, or other authentication methods.

· Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.

· Experience integrating AI capabilities and designing agentic workflows.
