Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development – Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- UI/UX Collaboration – Translate Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready code.
- Design Implementation – Ensure consistent branding and user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Code Integration – Collaborate with C# back-end developers to integrate APIs and business logic into the UI.
- Cross-Browser Device Testing – Test and debug applications to ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Performance Optimization – Optimize pages for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Documentation – Maintain clear, organized documentation for components, styles, and workflows.
- Continuous Improvement – Stay current with front-end frameworks, design systems, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or a related field
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working from wireframes or mockups
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma or other modern design tools
- Exposure to C# and .NET environments for integration
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling
- Experience with version control systems like P4V or Git
- Knowledge of AI-driven design workflows or design automation
- Flutter experience for cross-platform app development
- Interest or prior exposure to HR technology or SaaS platforms
