Job Title: Compliance Sales Trainer

Location: Remote or In-Office (Flexible)

Job Type: Full-Time | W2

Compensation: $24/hour + Performance Bonuses and Benefits

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Compliance Sales Trainer to lead sales training, coach Medicare agents, and ensure all sales activities align with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) compliance standards. This role plays a critical part in agent development, ensuring high performance and ethical sales practices across the board.
  • o As a Compliance Sales Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering virtual training, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and acting as a compliance resource for the sales team. You will also contribute to training material development and support ongoing compliance and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training & Development

  • Lead training sessions focused on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and client engagement strategies specific to Medicare products
  • Conduct role-play scenarios and live demonstrations to reinforce best practices

Compliance Education

  • Train agents on CMS guidelines to ensure full compliance in all sales and marketing activities
  • Monitor compliance adherence and provide corrective coaching as needed
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and update training materials accordingly.

Performance Coaching

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve agent conversion rates and communication skills
  • Set performance goals and track progress against key metrics
  • Deliver actionable feedback and personalized development plans

Sales Support

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on plans, compliance, and suitability
  • Support agents during high-volume periods (e.g., AEP) with strategic guidance
  • Help resolve escalated compliance or client issues

Training Material Development

  • Create and update training guides, manuals, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure training content is engaging, clear, and compliant

Reporting & Feedback

  • Track coaching and training sessions, agent performance, and compliance issues
  • Report trends, training effectiveness, and gaps to leadership for improvement

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with QA, compliance, and team leads to align goals and strategies
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback and solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in sales training, compliance, or a related role (preferably Medicare or insurance)
  • Deep understanding of CMS guidelines and compliant sales practices
  • Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint – for creating training presentations, Word – for documentation and training content, Excel - for tracking metrics and Outlook – for communication and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Zoom, Teams, etc
  • Licensed to sell Medicare insurance
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
