Job description
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting procurement and technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Primarily remote role, but must be local to either DFW or Atlanta and be able to attend training and later, in office functions in Las Colinas (TX) or Alpharetta (GA)
M-F 8a-5p CST or EST depending on location
Hybrid. Must be local to DFW or Atlanta and able to commute to office for training and for once per month mingles.
What's the Job?
- Manage the day-to-day administration and support of the SAP Ariba platform.
- Coordinate with SAP support teams to resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Oversee user roles, permissions, and access requests ensuring compliance with policies.
- Support supplier onboarding processes within SAP Ariba.
- Monitor system performance, communicate maintenance activities, and deploy updates or patches.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering SAP Ariba solutions.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P).
- Experience with compliance, access management, and audit protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
