Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer at Placesmart Agency, you’ll be responsible for designing impactful visual content and crafting clean, intuitive interfaces for websites and digital products. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with functionality—taking ideas from concept to execution in both static and interactive formats.
Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital graphics including social media visuals, ads, brochures, signage, and web assets
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all client projects
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients to create visually compelling, user-friendly websites and apps
- Build or assist in front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and platforms like Shopify
- Use UX/UI principles to enhance the accessibility and performance of designs
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Familiarity with UX/UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, responsive design
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
- Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and time management
Bonus Skills:
- Animation or motion graphics experience
- Experience with Shopify Liquid or JavaScript
- Photography or video editing capabilities
