Here’s what you can expect:

· Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients.

· Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations.

· Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers.

· Recruit licensed life insurance agents/producers to promote IAMS end-to-end service and support and promote our carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business.

· Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design.

· A dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business.

· Other duties as assigned.

Here’s what we expect:

· High school diploma/GED

· Annuity insurance experience; as an agent/producer, working with agents/producers, experience with an IMO or working with an IMO definitely preferred

· Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies preferred for Director position

· 3 years solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred

· Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing

· Ability to work with little supervision

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

· Must be detail oriented with accuracy

· Not afraid of making phone calls

· This position is an in office, full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm

· Must be able to pass a background check
