Director of IT & Digital Strategy

Our company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of IT & Digital Strategy to lead our technological vision while leveraging extensive digital marketing expertise to drive business growth. This unique role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between core IT infrastructure and customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and the technical skills to implement scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that achieve our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Alignment:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Serve as the primary connector between the IT, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure all digital efforts and technologies are fully synchronized.
• Identify and prioritize new digital opportunities and emerging technologies (e.g., AI automations, advanced analytics) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management:

• Oversee the company's entire digital ecosystem, including websites, e-commerce platforms, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
• Manage the selection, implementation, and integration of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, ensuring systems are user-friendly, secure, and support performance goals.
• Ensure the efficiency, optimization, and security of all IT infrastructure, systems, and data management practices.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

• Guide the development and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
• Oversee existing digital marketing campaign performance
• Consult and train on best practices in digital marketing
• Develop the campaign strategy and marketing campaign directions
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights, manage ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance across all channels.

Team Leadership & Project Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of IT and digital marketing professionals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, technology providers, and vendors to ensure optimal output and cost-effectiveness.

Our Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant area is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT and/or digital marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and IT infrastructure best practices.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical business strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adaptability: A growth mindset and a passion for staying current with the latest consumer and technology trends and advancements in the digital landscape.

Pay: $94,201.79 - $100,000.00 per year
