Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, SonicWall firewalls, Cisco network switches, and Windows 11 endpoints. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting abilities, a security-first mindset, and experience supporting a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, File/Print, Group Policy).
- Perform regular server patching, updates, performance monitoring, and backup verification.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, policies, and security in Microsoft 365 / Azure AD.
- Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Monitor and maintain hybrid identity configuration with Azure AD Connect.
- Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and security controls.
- Support SonicWall firewalls including VPNs, NAT rules, policies, DPI, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco switches
- Assist with network performance monitoring and improvements.
- Monitor endpoints, emails, and infrastructure using EDR/MDR and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Respond to alerts, investigate security incidents, and perform remediation.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.
- Document processes and maintain IT security standards.
- Provide escalated support for end-user hardware/software issues.
- Support business applications such as SAP, VoIP systems, and camera systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
Requirement
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
- Experience with Windows 11 administration.
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration.
- SonicWall firewall experience.
- Cisco switch configuration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with VoIP (Avaya, Teams Voice), EDR/MDR.
- Experience with DW Spectrum or similar camera platforms.
- Backup and disaster recovery experience.
- Certifications: Network+, Security+, Cisco, or Microsoft is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
