Advent Communications is a growing, regional, highly successful and decorated IT company. Specializing in data and voice managed services, cloud and hosted, cyber and building security, infrastructure, recurring revenue and project work.
The IT Director's primary duties will be to manage the entire MSP division, driving revenue, profitability, overseeing the direction of the division, managing personnel, while working with end user customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
A thorough understanding of computer networks, cyber security, servers, firewalls, endpoints, management, help desk and patching is required.
