ColdSnap Logistics is a growing refrigerated logistics company providing delivery and warehouse support for national food distributors and retail partners. We are expanding into the Bethlehem, PA area and looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to help us serve our customers efficiently and professionally.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Grocery Picker and Customer Service Representative to join our Bethlehem, PA team. This position is focused on preparing grocery and food service orders for pickup and delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer orders are accurate, properly packed, and ready for handoff.

This is a great early-morning position for someone looking to earn extra income before another job — perfect for those who want consistent weekday hours and a supportive team environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (part-time morning shift)
• No weekends required

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage grocery orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth order handoffs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Verify product quality and cold storage handling procedures
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at pickup counter

Requirements

• Prior grocery, warehouse, or food service experience preferred but not required
• Must be reliable and punctual — early morning availability required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $16–$20 per hour based on experience and performance
