Job description

We are looking for people who are willing to do one or two residential cleans per day for 3-4 hour stretches. We perform cleans 7 days a week, so all types of availability might work. You will travel between clients by mass transit and we will provide you with supplies and instructions. Employees will receive a W2, so employer payroll taxes are covered by the company and there is workers compensation coverage, disability benefits, sick time as well as paid vacation after a year. Besides your hourly earnings, clients will frequently tip for satisfactory service.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER PART TIME WORK THAT IS BASED ON YOUR AVAILABILITY. THE MAJORITY OF OUR STAFF WORKS BETWEEN 15-25 HOURS A WEEK. THE MORE AVAILABILITY YOU HAVE THE MORE HOURS YOU WILL GET.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Wipe down countertops, desks, and other surfaces
  • Scrub kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including toilets and urinals
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost
  • Hand wash dishes; load and unload dishwashers
  • Spot clean cabinets, drawers, and glass surfaces
  • Steel-shine appliances and fixtures
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
  • Ensure client location is locked and secured when leaving
  • Interact positively with fellow MyClean team members
  • Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
  • Commit to continued learning and training throughout employment
  • Arrive to all appointments on time
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Possess a functional smartphone with a data plan and the ability to download our app for work
  • Reading and writing is an essential requirement for communication in our company
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), and cleaning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
