Summary

Position Summary:

This position is for a Mid-to-Senior level Software Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development. This role requires strong proficiency in C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can lead development efforts, manage the full software development lifecycle, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Utilize source control systems (e.g., Git) and follow structured development workflows
• Use Visual Studio for coding, debugging, and solution management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to help evolve the company’s development practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7 years) in application development.
• Proficient in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, web application development in MVC or razor, console applications, REST API’s.
• Extensive experience with Visual Studio and source control.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability considerations in application development.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
