As a Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert in Workers’ Compensation and risk management. From managing claims to fostering a safety-first culture, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our employees, customers, and business operations.
What You’ll Do:
Champion Workplace Safety:

Lead Workers’ Compensation claims management and return-to-work initiatives

Ensure OSHA compliance and drive employee safety programs across the organization
Manage Claims with Precision:
- Oversee a range of claims: property damage, general liability, loaner vehicles, test drives, and more

Administer the self-insured captive program and maintain accurate, detailed incident documentation
Drive Risk Intelligence:
- Support annual insurance renewals, analyze loss ratios, and develop dashboards to inform leadership strategy
Collaborate to Elevate Safety:
- Partner with HR, General Managers, and Accounting to align safety protocols and promote a culture of risk awareness
What You Bring to the Table:

3–5 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, safety, or insurance/risk management (automotive or multi-state experience preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field (preferred)

In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and state-specific Workers’ Comp guidelines

Strong analytical skills paired with empathy and communication finesse

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and risk/claims management tools

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually DOE
