Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect/EngineerJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Solutions Architect/Engineer to design, develop, and manage scalable cloud solutions that meet our organization’s business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring security best practices across cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture Design: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures using cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solution Development: Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Automation: Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Monitoring & Optimization: Establish monitoring strategies and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cloud security measures, including identity management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments. Ensure adherence to industry compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, engineering, and application development teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business growth.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering roles.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage concepts in the cloud environment.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP equivalent).
- Experience with multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices design.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and tools.
