Job Title: Sales/Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain sales data, including orders, invoices, and quotes.
• Update customer information and product details.
• Prepare quotes and assist sales team with documentation.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support general administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (condition of employment).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Typing speed: 40 WPM or faster with accuracy.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous data entry or office experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
