Remote Security Analyst - Risk Threat and Exposure Analyst
Job Description:
The RTX (Risk Threat and Exposure) Analyst will be responsible for assisting the CX Manager of National Accounts in monitoring and maintaining the security of Knightscope's autonomous robots, while providing a premium customer service experience. The role involves overseeing the operation of the robots, analyzing data collected by the robots, and collaborating with the RTX Premium Services team to ensure that security protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize vast amounts of information and data from Knightscope’s
ASR Software and other sources related to safety and security.
- Monitor the operation of Knightscope's autonomous robots to ensure they are functioning
correctly.
- Conduct virtual patrols of Knightscope to report findings to associated clients.
- Analyze data collected by the robots to identify potential security threats or issues.
- Work closely with the Knightscope+ team to implement and maintain security protocols for
the robots.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures for the robots.
- Provide support to the CX Manager of National Accounts in managing and coordinating
security operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a security-related role, preferably in a technology or CCTV
environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Remote
Pay: Hourly $17 to $19
