Seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with expertise in Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves customizing and optimizing CRM solutions, leading web development initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to cloud architecture planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including plugin and workflow development
Integrate APIs using Azure services and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Build and maintain web applications with C#, ASP.NET (Core/MVC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Develop and optimize SQL queries and manage CRM data
Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and peer reviews
Design and support Azure-based infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture planning and platform improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development
5+ years working with Azure Cloud and Power Platform
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins)
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications
Azure certification (Developer or Solutions Architect)
