Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric web applications that enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end technologies and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
Duties
- Looking for a strong Front-End Engineer with 10+ years of experience and a deep understanding of Micro Frontend design patterns (routing, state management, communication between MFEs, shared dependencies, deployment)
- Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using , React.js (functional components, hooks, context API)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement digital design and interaction design principles.
- Oversee product development processes, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Looking for a strong Front-End Engineer with 10+ years of experience with the ability to lead our team
- Strong expertise in React.js (functional components, hooks, context API)
- Experience implementing Module Federation (Webpack 5 based) for Micro Frontend architecture
- Deep understanding of Micro Frontend design patterns (routing, state management, communication between MFEs, shared dependencies, deployment)
- Solid knowledge of Webpack configurations and optimization
- Experience integrating multiple micro frontends into shell/container apps
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MFE deployments
- Strong understanding of web security principles in distributed frontends
- Along with backend Lambda Node JS
- Ability to lead other front-end engineers and help establish best practices
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
