Event Staff Representative – Inside big box retailers (Paid Training | Weekly Pay)

We represent Telecommunications inside major retail stores like Walmart and HEB.
This is a face-to-face sales role where you’ll interact directly with customers in-store.

No experience needed — we train you from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Engaging with customers inside the store
• Introducing Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile services
• Answering questions and guiding customers through options
• Handling objections and closing sales
• Improving daily through hands-on coaching

This is not behind a desk. You’ll be on your feet, talking to people, and building real communication skills.

Pay Structure (Clear + Transparent)

• $750–$1200+ per week
• Combination of base pay + uncapped commissions
• Paid weekly
