The Opportunity
Our partner is delivering a high-impact Digital Trust initiative focused on improving how services are accessed, delivered, and experienced across Atlantic Canada.
They’re looking for a Change Manager who can lead the people side of transformation—ensuring new tools, processes, and ways of working are adopted smoothly and effectively across a diverse partner landscape.
This is a visible, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the change strategy aligned to a complex digital transformation roadmap
Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts across teams and partners
Drive stakeholder engagement—building alignment, trust, and participation
Deliver clear, consistent communications that simplify complex change
Support training and readiness activities ahead of key releases
Track adoption, risks, and resistance, and drive proactive solutions
Help embed changes into day-to-day operations for long-term success
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
Ability to translate complex change into clear, actionable messaging
Experience driving adoption and readiness in multi-team environments
Comfortable working in fast-paced, partner-driven delivery models
Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar
