What You’ll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for support requests, troubleshooting issues efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly and courteously with end users, maintaining professionalism during stressful situations
• Manage multiple communication channels including email, Teams, phone, and face-to-face interactions
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed, utilizing remote support teams, escalation resources, and vendor support
• Document all work meticulously for future reference and billing purposes
• Assist with dispatching support tickets and managing client workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, “can-do” attitude and a proactive mindset
• Strong troubleshooting skills coupled with common sense and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication skills — calm, courteous, and clear
• Attention to detail and diligence in documenting work and time
• Experience with remote support platforms and an eagerness to learn new tools (familiarity with Kaseya is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks

Compensation & Growth Potential:

• Starting with a base salary between $50,000 - $75,000+ depending on experience for full-time. Part time positions are possible
• Opportunities for commissions and bonuses
