Job description

Lanco Federal Credit Union with (3) branch locations in Lancaster County, PA is looking for an IT professional to manage the credit union's IT infrastructure, including security and business continuity.

Job Overview
Oversee the credit union's IT infrastructure and support services, with a focus on network operations, hardware management, cybersecurity, and help desk operations. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient technology and security solutions that support business operations and enhance service to members and employees. Supervise system improvements, and collaborates across departments to implement effective IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities & Technical Skills Required

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and critical functions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Back-up and disaster recovery tools (Veeam).
  • Maintain user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
  • Set up, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and software.
  • Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Manage physical and virtual servers, storage systems and backup solutions.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime and security.
  • Experience with Symitar or credit union Core Processing system experience highly desired.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management roles with a focus on strategic planning and leadership.
  • Strong background in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Supervising experience is essential, showcasing the ability to lead teams effectively during times of crisis.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies that drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Education

  • College Degree or IT Certifications or a combination of both experience and education requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
