LOCATION: Remote; Candidate must reside in Kentucky.
HOURS: This is an 8-hour daily role. Hours can commence between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and conclude between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position involves significant system support. Candidates must possess a high skill level for troubleshooting diverse situations. Experience with large enterprise device management and on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions is required. A strong proficiency in PowerShell and general scripting is essential. The team currently consists of eight members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide advanced system support and troubleshoot diverse technical issues across enterprise environments.
- Manage and maintain large enterprise device infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
- Administer on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripts and automation for system administration and process efficiency.
- Support data storage management and ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with an eight-member team to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Monitor and maintain server health, performance, and security compliance.
- Assist with system updates, patch management, and configurations for enterprise devices.
- Provide documentation and knowledge sharing on troubleshooting processes and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside in Kentucky.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with a focus on enterprise workstation support.
- Strong experience in large-scale device management (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, SCCM).
- Hands-on experience with on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions, including Windows Server (basic), Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and general scripting for automation and system administration.
- Familiarity with workstation security policies, patching, and compliance enforcement.
- Ability to assist with basic server-related tasks, including monitoring and updates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to document technical processes effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.90 - $31.90 per hour
