Overview
Business Systems Manager is responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system configurations, implementing changes, and supporting the ongoing operation of the ERP systems. The manager will handle the most complex tasks and issues and apply their knowledge and expertise for multiple IT System components. The manager will organize, manage and implement projects requiring integration across multiple enterprise systems
Duties
- Manage relationship with John Deere and JDIS (John Deere Information Systems) to ensure business is following OEM policy and procedures
- Work closely with the Ag & Turf management team to ensure that management is informed on IT projects, processes and operations
- Work closely with and supervise IT personnel to ensure John Deere systems are configured and updated as needed
- Work closely with operations and IT to layout roadmap of future IT and systems needs. Build out team to successfully manage growth of business
- Review and analyze user business processes and develop solutions in multiple IT Systems
- Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations with regards to functional design and implementation strategies in a global environment for the business
- Prepare and maintain all application documentation to support development & support activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements for the IT systems, including features, workflows, and data needs
- Assist in the implementation process by providing training to users, testing functionalities, and resolving issues during deployment
- Provide technical support to end users, answering questions and resolving system-related problems
- Work closely with King Ranch corporate to ensure adherence to KR policy and procedures
- Work with IT Steering Committee to communicate technology roadmap for King Ranch Ag & Turf
Requirements
- 5 years+ experience with ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power or Intelligent Data Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI
- Equipment and/or automotive dealership industry experience
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
- Strong knowledge of business processes across different departments like finance, sales, inventory, and service
- Basic understanding of database concepts, data manipulation, and system integration
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Ability to adapt to additional ERP Systems as needed
- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
