We are hiring a Manufacturing IT Support / Integration Specialist. This is a great Temp-to perm opportunity with PTO, Sick Time, Holidays paid & Yearly bonuses, once taken perm!!

OVERVIEW:

• This is a full-time, temp-to-hire technical role supporting a manufacturing company’s products and customers. The position combines IT support, network integration, software testing, and hardware assembly/repair responsibilities. It requires both technical expertise and customer-facing communication skills.

Shift: Typically 8am to 5pm/Mon-Fri

$25.00 / Paid Weekly / Benefits after 30 days

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Customer Support

• Provide remote assistance via phone, video, and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install updates and upgrades on customer systems.
• Install updates and upgrades on customer systems.

Networking & Integration

• Configure and ship equipment to customers.
• Integrate company equipment into customer networks.

Software Testing & QA

• Test and debug company-developed software.
• Understand algorithms, data structures, and database connections.
• Contribute ideas for new software features and improvements.

Hardware Assembly & Repair

• Assemble computers, run diagnostics, and install operating systems (DOS–Windows 11).
• Diagnose and repair returned hardware units.

Physical & Manufacturing Tasks

• Perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, and lifting (30+ lbs).
• Use small hand tools regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• B.S in Computer Science

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Software debugging and database knowledge.
• Hardware assembly and repair.
• Creative problem-solving for product improvement.
• Familiarity with Apple/Android app deployment (a plus).
• Must have personal reliable transportation
• Requires Background Screening & Drug Screening.
