<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative UI Architect to lead the design and development of cutting-edge user interfaces across digital platforms. In this role, you will drive the creation of seamless, engaging, and accessible user experiences for diverse applications, including e-commerce sites and mobile applications. <Responsibilities>

• Lead the architectural design of user interfaces by defining scalable UI frameworks, component libraries, and design patterns that support responsive web design and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative UI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end UI development lifecycle, including wireframing, prototyping with tools like InVision or Zeplin, and implementing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Ensure web accessibility standards are met by integrating inclusive design principles into all projects to enhance usability for diverse user groups.
• Drive usability testing initiatives such as A/B testing and user acceptance testing to validate interface effectiveness and refine user flows based on data analysis from tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Advocate for best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive layouts that optimize user engagement across devices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital design, motion graphics, data visualization, and front-end technologies to continuously improve our UI architecture.

<Skills>

• Extensive experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React (including React Express), Bootstrap, and Redux.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/Less), and responsive web design principles for optimal performance on mobile devices and desktops.
• Proficiency with digital design tools including Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe After Effects.
• Deep understanding of UX principles such as usability testing, wireframing (using Balsamiq or Visio), information architecture, user research methods, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to interpret user behavior data for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile environments to facilitate efficient product development cycles.
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms utilizing WordPress or Drupal CMS systems; knowledge of RESTful APIs for seamless integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using SQL or data analysis skills to inform UI decisions; familiarity with web analytics tools like Omniture or Omnigraffle is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for requirements gathering and presenting technical concepts clearly across teams; experience working with remote teams is advantageous. Pay: $122,912.75 - $148,023.95 per year
