Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay: $70-80/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C

This role consults / designs, implements, and maintains security measures for cloud-hosted environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to protect data, applications, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include securing multi-cloud architectures, managing IAM, conducting vulnerability assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding to security incidents.

Core Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture & Design: Designing and implementing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure, including firewalls, encryption, and network security.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring cloud environments comply with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2) and internal security policies.
• Threat Detection & Response: Monitoring cloud environments for unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, or anomalies, and leading incident response efforts.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
