What You’ll Do: The Restaurant IT Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, and escalated support of restaurant-oriented systems for Chicken Maison/Top Tender.

This includes POS, online ordering, third-party delivery, loyalty, and more. This position will assist in POS back-end configuration, menu design and management, and the development/maintenance of hardware standards. The IT Specialist will play a major role in new projects and initiatives, new store openings, and enhancement of existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Resource for POS-related platforms (POS, online ordering, third-party delivery, loyalty, stored value)
• Ongoing management/maintenance of Chicken Maison/Top Tender menus
• Ensure the stability of restaurants from an IT perspective
• Tier 2/3 troubleshooting of restaurant platforms and hardware
• Key project resource for IT – working with all departments/teams to ensure success
• Occasionally assist with new store installs and fieldwork
• Liaise with management/leadership to ensure desired functionality of restaurant technology
• Solve complex issues and implement enhancements
• Develop and implement restaurant tech processes
• Occasional overflow of general support requests Positional Requirements: Minimum 4 years of IT experience and/or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant IT experience (or POS experience with demonstrated ability to quickly learn restaurant platforms) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
