Full-time; 2nd shift; wage: $26.80/hr.; plus $2.00/hr. afternoon and midnight shift differential. Ability to earn an additional $2.00/hr. for each skill test passed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set-up machine for production runs
- Material inspection per customer requirements
- Discern, troubleshoot and repair knitting discrepancies
- Make adjustments to maintain proper tensions, needle and guide alignment, etc
- Make machine adjustments as needed
- Effectively communicate
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must possess high degree of manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Operate a lift truck
- Read a tape measure
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of mechanical aptitude
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 pounds frequently
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
