Position Overview:
Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We are seeking an experienced HCA Caregiver who is passionate about caring for individualsand speak vietnamese. This is a role with a flexible schedule. If you are reliable, empathetic, and have the skills needed to support clients with memory care needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide compassionate and patient-focused care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.

Qualifications:

• Experience in caring for individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Vietnamese.
• Compassionate approach to care and patience when managing memory-related challenges.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with effective techniques.
• Basic knowledge of first aid procedures.
• Physically capable of assisting with mobility and transfers.
• Having a car is a plus for reliable transportation to and from client locations.
