Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and data analyses while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and business analytics, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from internal and external data sources
• Monitor KPIs and key business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align reporting and business objectives
• Propose and implement innovative analytics solutions and reporting tools
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and data interpretation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, or data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in:
• SQL
• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Korean (required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical testing, modeling, or forecasting
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset
