Aspire Systems Administrator

Full-Time | Torrance, CA (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S.)

For more than 40 years, CAM Property Services has partnered with property owners and managers across California to keep 1,200+ properties running smoothly. As we scale from $25M to $50M, we rely on the Aspire business management platform to connect sales, operations, and finance in real time.

We’re seeking a Systems Administrator to own Aspire — making sure it’s used effectively, supports our growth, and drives smarter decisions across the company.

The Role

This is a business systems role, not traditional IT support. You’ll be the bridge between technology and operations, helping teams adopt Aspire, building workflows and reports, and ensuring clean data that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Aspire: users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Configure estimating, scheduling, job costing, and invoicing modules.
  • Maintain data integrity for contracts, jobs, and clients.
  • Create SOPs and train staff across operations, finance, and sales.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPI insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Serve as the go-to Aspire expert and resource for all users.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base: $110K–$140K (DOE, SoCal).
  • Senior: Up to $150K.
  • Remote: $100K–$135K.
  • Bonus potential: 5–15%.

This role is ideal for someone who has been “the Aspire person” or ERP admin in another service company and wants to own the platform at a growing firm.

CAM Property Services (est. 1987) is a commercial property services contractor servicing over 1,300 commercial, multifamily, office, and industrial properties valued at over $7 billion across California. Headquartered in Torrance, we have branch offices in Anaheim, Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego, and Clovis.

  • 3–5 years ERP/CRM administration experience (Aspire preferred; Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceTitan acceptable).
  • Strong grasp of service workflows (estimating, scheduling, job costing, invoicing).
  • Experience training users and documenting SOPs.
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, or related.
  • Direct industry experience in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or property services.
  • Familiarity with process improvement or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
