Parasol Group is a fast-growing portfolio of companies in the nutraceutical and 3PL industries — including Vox Nutrition, ShipCentral, and QSM. We’re implementing NetSuite across multiple entities to unify operations, improve efficiency, and leverage data more intelligently. We’re looking for a hands-on Software Director who’s as comfortable in the code as they are leading a small technical team. They must have deep NetSuite experience and deep ERP implementation experience.

Position Overview

The IS Director will serve as the strategic and technical lead for our enterprise resource planning landscape, with a primary focus on the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP. This role bridges the gap between our operational workflows and technical architecture. This is a high-level business systems role, not a traditional IT infrastructure or Web Developer position. You may lead a small, agile team to ensure our tech stack - including Plex, Netsuite, and others - operates as a cohesive, data-driven ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive architect of efficiency who thrives on turning complex business requirements into elegant system solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• ERP Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of NetSuite ERP across multiple business units and affiliated entities.
• System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for NetSuite. Managing user roles, permissions, custom objects, and saved searches.
• Integration Management: Oversee and refine system integrations between the ERP and related platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor a small team of application specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Quality teams to translate business needs into scalable system workflows and automated processes.
• Governance & Documentation: Develop and maintain rigorous documentation for system configurations, SOPs, and data hygiene standards.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for all ERP-related initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support and root-cause analysis for system bottlenecks or data discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• ERP Expertise: 5+ years of experience in systems management, with a deep mastery of NetSuite ERP (SuiteFoundation or Administrator certifications are a plus).
• Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Integration Literacy: Strong understanding of API structures, data mapping, and how middleware connects disparate business applications.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate "technical speak" into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: A self-starter who uses data to identify inefficiencies before they become problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the nutraceutical, food/beverage, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript or advanced workflow automation within NetSuite.
• Experience managing or implementing Plex and Data Ninja within a manufacturing or production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
