We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our food service establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting.

Duties

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas to maintain a tidy environment for guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality standards are met.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of culinary practices is helpful but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
