Position Overview
We are seeking a personable and proactive Account Manager to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. This role is focused on client satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth—not cold calling or new business development.
Did you start out wanting to be a technician, but found it too technical? This position is a blend of technical aptitude mixed with a desire to solve problems and talk to people.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, helping them get the most value from our managed IT services while identifying opportunities to improve their technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Conduct regular client check-ins and technology reviews
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, upgrades, and additional solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with renewals, proposals, and account planning
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients’ IT and business needs
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or similar role
- Experience in Managed IT Services, MSP, or technology-related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required

Pay: $55,300.55 - $90,000.00 per year
