Overview
We are seeking a and experienced Product Owner to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision of our products, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles.
Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development process, ensuring alignment with the product vision and objectives.
- Utilize analytics to assess product performance and inform decision-making for future enhancements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product features.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers
- Manage IT governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer expectations.
- Oversee integration of APIs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Highly skilled in Salesforce
- Experience with integrations of policy systems with Salesforce
- Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate product performance metrics effectively.
- Familiarity with databases and their application in product development.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of sales processes and how they relate to product lifecycle management is a plus.
