Overview
Detego Health is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Website & Graphic Design Lead in producing visually compelling assets across all Detego Health brands. This position is ideal for an early career designer eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, mission driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and production of digital and print assets including social media graphics, website visuals, sales collateral, email templates, presentations, and brand materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Website & Graphic Design Lead to maintain consistent visual identity across all brands and platforms.
• Assist in updating and maintaining brand assets, templates, and design systems.
• Prepare design files for web, print, and video as needed.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Work cross functionally with marketing, product, and operations partners to meet project needs and deadlines.
• Support general website content updates (non-technical) as directed.

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Express required).
• Strong foundational skills in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an eye for clean, modern visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative range and design fundamentals.

Preferred

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices for web design.
• Experience creating short-form video or social content.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
