Brasfield Accounting is a rapidly growing small business located in Homer, Alaska. We focus on small business consulting with a special emphasis in grant and contract funded companies. Brasfield Accounting provides bookkeeping, accounting, business development, administrative support, grants management, compliance support, and financial reporting/analysis.

We are currently looking to add a remote full time member to the team who can help us as we continue to expand. This team member will be depended on for the overall IT needs for the firm as well as clients. The company has a group health insurance plan, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, paid parental leave, and a 401K plan with matching. This position includes company paid holidays as well as three weeks of paid time off.

Previous corporate experience with being the lead point for IT support (software and hardware).

Familiarity with outlook, domain hosting/migration, website hosting, onboarding, and general IT troubleshooting is a must.

Responsibilities Include:

· Onboarding of new hires (various softwares needs) as well as clients paying for Fractional IT service

· IT needs for the company, with the ability to hire out help for more complex issues

· General assistance with cybersecurity and digital organization for both firm and clients

· If interested, leading development of company software build for client needs

· If interested, assisting company in utilizing AI where appropriate

· Other activities as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
