DevOps Engineer

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a DevOps Engineer to join their team in the Jasper, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines while setting up components to deliver on the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Azure resources with a focus on security, performance, and efficiency
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to build, test, and deploy processes
- Monitor pipelines for strategic resolutions when issues arise
- Design and implementing solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Develop dashboards for application performance
- Design and manage hybrid solutions that integrate Azure and on-prem environments
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Deploy ASP.Net applications to on prem services and ensure seamless integration with cloud environments
- Mentor and train the team on best practices for cloud deployments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with Azure and .Net technologies
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and task management
- Experience deploying ASP.Net 4.x applications
- PowerShell experience
- Experience with a monitoring tool
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with performance tuning of cloud applications
- Knowledge of structured logging and distributed tracing
TERMS:
This is a contract to hire opportunity with a wage up to $65/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
