Overview:
The Ōnin Group is seeking a Data Scientist to lead digitalization and process transformation initiatives within our Finance & Controlling department. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across our North America operations.
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op) in finance, accounting, data science, or data analytics.
Required Skills

Strong understanding of RPA, Blue Prism, Power BI, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and Microsoft Office 365.

Ability to analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
Strong communication and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP and Project Management methodologies.
