We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team working on design and implementation of digital solutions for acoustic beamforming. The ideal candidate combines creativity and analytic ability with practicality and work quality. This individual will be part of a team to develop acoustic beamforming solutions for teleconferencing, speech recognition and other audio applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree
• Experience with acoustic beamforming, microphone arrays and algorithm development
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of digital signal processing for acoustic applications.
• Solid knowledge of analytic techniques, statistics, mathematical modeling.
• Knowledge of filter design and adaptive filtering.
• Skilled in documentation.
• Quick learner with ability to multi-task.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
