Duties

• Accurately pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing, maintaining high-quality output
• Organize and label packages clearly for easy identification and tracking
• Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory management by recording packed items and updating logs as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in packing procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of safety protocols related to handling packaging materials and equipment
• Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing workflows
