Our award-winning team is seeking a talented Senior Residential Designer / Design Consultant with expertise in luxury residential design and client consultation to help shape the future of our practice. This is a unique opportunity to lead business development, influence design, and grow a portfolio of work that embodies high-end design at the highest quality standards. The perfect candidate will be a champion for second-to-none client service and will build meaningful impact through award-winning concepts and collaboration.

Please note: This is a residential designer/consultant role focused on home renovation design, client consultation, and project sales. It is not a graphic design, marketing design, or UI/UX position.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and sell high-end design contracts to discerning clients seeking beautiful transformations of their homes.
• Deliver an exceptional Feinmann experience from initial sales discussions through conceptual, design, and development phases.
• Lead the creation of unique and inspiring high-end residential designs that excite and delight clients while transforming the way they live.
• Take ownership by elevating design and craft at the highest level, offering beautifully customized outcomes, and growing a portfolio that reflects both talent and vision.
• Create and champion high-quality design solutions that blend craft, authenticity, innovation, and real-world constructability.
• Influence and elevate design solutions across the portfolio while guiding and inspiring a growing team.
• Inform outcomes by exploring varied solutions that maintain design excellence across all price points.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to drive successful business development and project outcomes.
• Think and communicate visually to ensure all designs meet Feinmann's high aesthetic standards.
• Provide ongoing client support throughout design and build phases, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of practical experience selling and producing luxury residential designs, with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in estimating, negotiating, and selling high-end residential remodel projects
• Proficiency in hand-sketching and rendering
• Proficiency in residential design documentation/BIM for construction
• Strong self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to quality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Strong team collaboration skills across clients, designers, vendors, and production staff
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
• Passionate advocate for client satisfaction

Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary: $110,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)
