Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in warehouse automation, particularly within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions, integrating multiple operational systems, and supporting large-scale automation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document overall system architecture for warehouse automation solutions
- Design data flows and integrations across WMS, WCS, ERP, and other supply-chain systems
- Oversee configuration, implementation, and technical quality across project phases
- Provide guidance to development and technical teams
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background with WMS/WCS platforms and warehouse automation technologies
- Advanced skills in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design
- Experience with Windows Server environments, IIS, and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and system integrations
- Ability to translate operational needs into scalable technical architectures
- Experience supporting automated warehouse workflows (picking, receiving, inventory, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise integrations
- Ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
