E-Logic is seeking a Virtual IT Manager / vCIO to lead IT strategy, oversight, and service delivery for Michigan Municipal Facilities. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical expertise and executive-level communication.

What You'll Do

• Serve as primary IT advisor to government leadership
• Lead IT strategy, planning, and roadmap development
• Conduct:
• Quarterly IT strategy sessions
• Bi-weekly stakeholder meetings
• Oversee:
• Helpdesk and support operations
• Infrastructure and security initiatives
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with:
• Security standards
• Government regulations
• Provide guidance on:
• Cybersecurity (MDR, EDR, phishing prevention)
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• Track and report on IT performance, risks, and KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience (with leadership responsibilities)
• Experience as IT Manager, IT Director, or vCIO
• Strong understanding of:
• IT infrastructure and cloud environments
• Cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience managing IT services and vendors
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Public sector or government IT experience
• ITIL or similar frameworks
• Experience with compliance, audits, and risk management
