About the Role

At NETbuilder, we’re looking for a Cloud Network Architect specializing in Google Cloud Platform to design and optimize secure, high-performance network architectures for enterprise clients.

You’ll lead the design and implementation of GCP networking solutions—balancing security, scalability, and performance while helping clients modernize connectivity and adopt best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement GCP networking architectures (VPCs, subnets, VPN, interconnects, firewalls)
• Define and enforce network security and connectivity standards
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud integrations
• Automate network configuration and provisioning using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to deliver end-to-end GCP solutions
• Optimize performance, routing, and cost across network components
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and ensure high availability

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of cloud infrastructure experience, with at least 1–2 years on GCP
• Strong understanding of GCP networking services (Cloud DNS, Load Balancing, VPC Peering, Cloud NAT)
• Experience with Terraform, automation, and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with hybrid networking (on-prem to cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, VPN, interconnects)
• Strong knowledge of IAM, firewalls, and routing protocols
• Excellent client communication and consultative skills

Pay: From $115.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
